Pre-Construction Phase

PLANNING

In general, you will find that most of the work for completing your project occurs even before we break ground and start construction.  Here are some aspects of this phase:

  • Depending on where you have your lot, land and lot analysis including checking your water and septic requirements
  • Architectural and design including structural engineering
  • Tendering trades and services on your behalf
  • Open bid process to help you budget accordingly
